GP Changes!

It is with great sadness that we announce the departure from Dockham Road Surgery of Dr Justin Forbes, who will be leaving us in November.  Dr Forbes has been a much-loved member of the clinical team, and while we will miss him and his enthusiastic, patient-centered medical care, we are sure that the patients at his new surgery in Cheltenham give him an enthusiastic welcome as their new GP...

...and speaking of new GPs, we are delighted to be welcoming Dr Sarah King to Dockham Road.  Dr King has been practicing in Ross-on-Wye for the past four years, prior to which she spent a year working in Abergavenny.  Dr King brings a wealth of experience with her, particularly in the areas of mental health and dermatology and we look forward to working with her from November.

Good Results from the GP Patient Survey

The August results from the National GP Patient Survey have been published, and 91% of 235 Dockham Road respondents said they had a good overall experience of their GP surgery (compared with 84% nationally).
